Rick Ward is a proud United States Army veteran, spending most of his military career overseas. Rick has spent the last 20 years developing world class customer service, management, and consulting skills. Rick and his team conduct their mortgage business under a 4-H philosophy that includes being Hungry, Humble, Honest, and Happy. With this foundation, Rick continues to grow his healthy referral-based business, keeping him sharp and on his toes to deliver beyond every customer’s expectations. This dedication has earned him top producing honors in 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, and 2018.

Rick believes that people really don’t care how much you know, until they know how much you care. This holds true not only in this professional life, but in his personal life as well. He has served as treasurer for his son’s local Troop with the Boy Scouts of America, has participated in the Fregoso Outdoor Foundation events, and continues to look for meaningful community service projects that support the local veterans in the community. Rick has been married for 25 years to his wife, Renee, and has two children, Alexa and Jacob. Both of his children are now out of the house, with either work or college. As new empty nesters, Rick and Renee are learning how to fill their free time by spending time at their cabin.
